All orders are shipped via Royal Mail, our trusted delivery partner.

Shipping Times

• United Kingdom: Estimated delivery within 2–5 business days from dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

Duties and Taxes

• UK orders: All taxes and duties are included in the price.

• US orders: (once available): Orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. These are the responsibility of the customer.

• EU orders (once available): Relevant taxes and duties will be detailed at checkout.

Customs Information

We comply with Royal Mail's requirement to provide electronic customs data for international shipments. This includes attaching a completed CN22 or CN23 customs declaration form to your parcel. Failure to include accurate customs information may result in delays or returns.
